He serves as a system administrator to the quality management system (ETQ Reliance) and as a business analyst for process improvement projects. He started at Rheem 13 years ago as a co-op, and has since trained and assisted Rheem suppliers and over 2000 users of Reliance. He has led development, design, implementation, and improvement of processes through system development and process automation.

David has successfully brought SaaS products to market for a variety of industries and high-growth companies.
