Thoughts from the EtQ Family: What We’re Thankful For

Written by Alexa Sussman | Wed, Nov 22, 2017

It’s that time of year again—time to celebrate family, friends and food. But most importantly, it’s time to reflect on what you’re thankful for. We did that here at EtQ, and thought we’d share some responses from our team.

“I’m thankful for the ability to spend each day with a team of hard-working, passionate and caring people. EtQ is not just a 9 to 5, but a true second family that comes together to celebrate successes, both professionally and personally, while working together to overcome any obstacles that may arise.”

-Elizabeth Albanese, Sr. Human Resources Generalist

“I’m thankful for the people I get to work with.  EtQ is a great place to work because we all hold a “get it done together” mentality, and I’m really appreciative that I get to be a part of a team that puts the good of the group ahead of personal comfort or desires.  I really appreciate the willingness around the organization on helping each other out and creating a family-like atmosphere. I’m also grateful that we get to help some of the world’s most innovative and exciting organizations achieve almost unimaginable feats.  For example, one of our customers creates a diabetes management device that provides real-time alerts to insulin level via a phone app.  Without our system, they wouldn’t have been able to implement the required manufacturing and quality control systems required to make the device available to the market.  I appreciate the opportunity we’re given to assist in helping sick individuals lead healthier lives less disrupted by their disease.”
-Joe Randazzo, VP of Strategic Growth

“I am thankful that each morning I walk into EtQ, I am greeted not only by my coworkers, but people that are like a second family to me. Having people that you work close with who are reliable for both promoting productivity as well as a friendly smile or joke helps to balance the work week.”

-Kelly Fitzgerald, Project Manager

“I feel grateful for the energy I receive from my team. They continuously push limits to improve and energize me to focus on what I can do to help EtQ succeed.”

-Amy Calimeri, Recruiter

What do these responses have in common? They all mention the people in the EtQ family. Just like we value the people in our real families, we value the people we work with—they make this all possible!
