Jaime Boyes, Corporate R&D Process and Systems Director, Mars
Jaime Boyes, is a food scientist by training, receiving her BS degree from The Ohio State University. She holds a MS in Animal Sciences, focused on Meat Science from the University of Kentucky.
She has been with Mars for 16 years, the last 4 years leading Corporate R&D Systems (innovation, food safety and quality). In that capacity, Jaime defines the strategy for R&D processes and systems with the global segments across Mars Incorporated, working in lock step with Mars Digital Technologies to bring processes to life through enabling IT systems and solving complex problems with predictive models & analytics. Jaime’s team works in partnership with the segments at Mars to assure processes and systems are deployed into the Mars factories, businesses and markets and drive continuous improvement of them through feedback channels. Jaime is passionate about building high performing teams, believing that the contribution of a great team is much higher than the contribution of a great individual. She strives to assure Mars Inc. has the best IT systems supporting R&D that are globally aligned.
Glen Fraser, Senior Director Solutions Architect, ETQGlen Fraser, Senior Director Solutions Architect, ETQ has worked in software technology for over 30 years and with ETQ for 20 of those years. A Programmer Analyst by training, he helps organizations achieve operational excellence. Glen has worked with Mars since their deployment. Glen resides in Nova Scotia, Canada.
