Sadiq Eshaq has served as the application program manager for Lumileds for 3 years. His second day at Lumileds, in the middle of their go-live, he was sent to Malaysia to conduct a training workshop on document control and audits management. With no background in IT or Reliance, he was forced to learn quickly. As the sole resource for Reliance at Lumileds, Sadiq manages 2,000 users globally, across 14 sites. He has released 15 modules.

Morgan Palmer has been at the forefront of quality management technology for more than 20 years.
