Case Study: Johnson and Johnson Standardizes Global Quality on ETQ Reliance

Founded in 1886, Johnson and Johnson (J&J) manufacturers thousands of products. Examples include pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer packaged goods. The company, headquartered in New Brunswick, New Jersey, has operations in 60 countries and sells products in more than 175 countries.

To maintain business agility and compliance across the globe, J&J needed to harmonize its quality management approach to one; embracing a single, broadly capable, flexible QMS. The company's quality team, led by IT Director and Product Line Owner Joel O'Connor, selected ETQ Reliance.
